Andrea Bertolini is Associate Professor of Private Law at the at the Dirpolis Institute, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, and adjunct professor in private law at the University of Pisa.
He is the director and scientific coordinator of the European Centre of Excellence on the Regulation of Robotics and AI (EURA, www.eura.satannapisa.it ), whose purpose is to promote innovative multidisciplinary research, offer advanced educational programs, and foster the dialogue with policy makers, increasing social awareness and promoting an informed debate on technology regulation, robotics and AI primarily.

Francesca Biondi Dal Monte is Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and  Vice Dean of the Class of Social Sciences. She coordinates the DREAM research area (Data, Research and Analysis on Migration) and the Legal Clinic on Immigration and Asylum. Her research interests include the protection of fundamental rights, immigration and citizenship, public law and data science, sources of law, parliamentary law, welfare systems.

Gaia Fiorinelli is Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. Her research focuses on the impact of digitalization on criminal law and justice.

Full Professor of Comparative Public Law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, where he also serves as co-director of the Sant’Anna Legal Studies programme.
