The course introduces the main concepts and practical tools that can be used for planning mobility systems at the local and regional levels from a smart perspective. In particular, the course addresses:

• data and technologies for mobility monitoring;
• key indicators for the assessment and management of interventions in mobility systems;
• strategies for mobility planning aimed at efficiency and sustainability;
• innovative technologies for road traffic management.

The overall objective of the course is to provide the key tools for planning and monitoring the main strategies and solutions for mobility management at the local and regional levels.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to understand and apply the main concepts and tools for mobility management at the local and regional levels, with particular attention to innovative approaches for monitoring and planning strategies and interventions.

Prerequisites

No specific academic qualifications are required, although a basic knowledge of mathematics and statistics is recommended.

Pass with at least 70% of the questions on the final test.
